NUEVO – Terms of Service

Welcome to NUEVO. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from NUEVO, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General

NUEVO provides premium digital automotive assets, including but not limited to:


  • Game Ready Vehicles

  • ZModeler3 (Z3D) Source Models

  • Blender Source Models

  • Vehicle Parts

  • Steering Wheels

  • Wheels & Rims

  • Interior & Exterior Components

  • Development Assets

Our products are intended for developers, creators, and designers working with platforms such as FiveM, GTA V, Assetto Corsa, BeamNG.drive, Unity, Unreal Engine, and other compatible development environments.

By purchasing from NUEVO, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by NUEVO are digital downloads only.

No physical products will be shipped.

Following a successful purchase, you will receive access to download your purchased files.

3. License

Each purchase grants the buyer a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You ARE allowed to:


  • Use purchased assets in personal or commercial projects.

  • Use Game Ready vehicles on your own servers.

  • Modify purchased assets for your own projects.

  • Convert source models for private use.

  • Create renders, showcases, and promotional media using purchased assets.

  • Use assets within commissioned development work.

You are NOT allowed to:


  • Resell, redistribute, or share any files.

  • Leak files publicly or privately.

  • Upload assets to Discord servers, websites, cloud storage, or file-sharing services.

  • Sell edited versions of NUEVO products.

  • Include NUEVO assets in free or paid asset packs.

  • Claim NUEVO assets as your own work.

  • Allow other developers to use your purchased files unless they have purchased their own license.

4. Game Ready Assets

Game Ready products are supplied ready for their intended platform unless otherwise stated.

Customers may modify these assets for their own projects.

Redistribution of any Game Ready files, whether modified or unmodified, is strictly prohibited.

5. Source Models

Source files, including Z3D, Blender, or other editable formats, are supplied for development purposes.

Purchasing a source model does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, or share the source files in any form.

Converted versions remain the intellectual property of NUEVO.

6. Ownership

All models, textures, materials, branding, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of NUEVO.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the asset only.

Ownership is never transferred.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not provided after files have been delivered.

Exceptions may be considered only if:


  • The purchased files are corrupted or unusable.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

8. Support

Support includes:


  • Installation assistance

  • Download issues

  • Basic troubleshooting

  • Product-related questions

Support does not include:


  • Custom modifications

  • Vehicle conversions

  • Server setup

  • Script installation

  • Third-party compatibility issues

Support is available through our official Discord or designated support channels.

9. Product Updates

NUEVO may update products at any time.

Updates may be provided free of charge or as paid upgrades depending on the scope of the changes.

We do not guarantee lifetime updates for every product.

10. Account & Access

We reserve the right to:


  • Suspend or revoke access to purchased products.

  • Terminate customer accounts.

  • Refuse future service.

This may occur if a customer:


  • Leaks NUEVO assets.

  • Redistributes purchased products.

  • Violates these Terms of Service.

  • Attempts to bypass licensing restrictions.

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

11. Liability

All products are provided "as-is."

NUEVO is not responsible for:


  • Server issues

  • Conflicts with third-party resources

  • Incorrect installation

  • Lost data

  • Damages resulting from misuse of our products

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their intended platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

NUEVO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
